8. Bonded goods in bonded warehouses can be transferred to other customs supervision areas in China.
9. Goods stored in bonded warehouses can be returned to Overseas at any time.
10. Goods stored in bonded warehouses can be graded, classified, labeled, separated, assembled and packed.
